Everyday Event FAQs
- When should I place my order?
- We tend to book 2-6 weeks out for parties and showers and have a limited number of slots available. We recommend placing your order sooner than later so we can reserve your date!
- How do I place my order?
- The simplest way to complete your order is by email or contact form on our website. We do all of our order confirmations in writing so we can keep the details together and will invoice you by email once the order is placed.
- How do I pay?
- Payment is required to reserve your event date. We offer online payment options through our invoice emails via Paypal or credit/debit card.
- Do you schedule pickup or delivery?
- At this time, we schedule pickups from our home bakery in Palm Bay. Please contact us to discuss pickup details. Limited availability deliveries for a fee.
- Where will I pick up my order?
- We are currently a home based bakery in SE Palm Bay, Florida. Your invoice will contain the pickup address & we will coordinate a pickup time.
- Will my order be in a box?
- All cookies will boxed and ready to go for pickup – decorated cookies will also be individually heat sealed in clear cello bags.
Wedding FAQs
- When should I place my order?
- We tend to book weddings 3+ months in advance as they require additional planning and specific supplies and our availability for these larger events is more limited. If your big day is coming quickly, don’t hesitate to contact us as we would still love to work with you!
- How do I place my order?
- As with any event, we ask that you place your order via email or contact form on our website in order to include all details in writing. We will handle quotes, contracts and invoices by email as well.
- How do I pay?
- Payment is required to reserve your date. We offer online payment options through our invoice emails via Paypal or credit/debit card. Other options available upon request.
